Terms of Use
By using Clubday you accept these terms. The Apple Standard License Agreement also applies.
Club rules
Clubday is made for friendly book clubs. You may not post:
- insults, harassment, threats or hate speech;
- sexually explicit material, violence or illegal content;
- spam or advertising;
- other people's personal data without consent;
- files you have no right to share (pirated books).
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Reports and blocking
Any note, comment, announcement or file can be reported with “Report”, and any person can be blocked with “Block”: you will no longer see their notes and comments. The organizer can delete content and remove members. We review reports within 24 hours, remove objectionable content and ban the users who posted it.
Your content
You are responsible for what you post. By uploading a book file the organizer confirms they have the right to share it with club members. You keep the rights to your texts and allow us to store and show them to members of your club.
The service
Clubday is free and provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change the app and these terms; we will tell you about important changes in the app.
