FAQ

How do I create a club?

Open the app, tap “Create a club”, enter its name and your name. Then send members the invite link or show the QR code (Manage club → Invite).

How do I join a club?

Open the invite link from the organizer, or enter the code from it on the first screen.

Do I need an account?

No. No email, no phone number. Your phone creates a random key, and the club knows you by the name you choose.

I got a new phone

With iCloud Keychain sync (or Google backup on Android) you stay in your club. Otherwise just join again with the invite link.

How do I report or block someone?

Every note, comment and file has a “…” menu with “Report” and “Block”. We review reports within 24 hours.

How to delete your data

In the app: Settings → Delete my data. Everything about you is removed from the server right away. If you are the organizer, first hand the role to another member, or delete the club if you are its only member. Without access to the app, write to tynkprojects@gmail.com with the club name and your name in it.
